Rules for conducting and participating in the Promotion

  • Organizer
  • 1. The Promotion is organized by SkandalBG Ltd., with registered office and address of management: Sofia, 21G Georgi Raychev Str., hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer". These rules are mandatory for the participants in the Promotion. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend or modify the Rules by announcing the amendments or modifications publicly on its website at www.scandles.bg.
  • 2.The Executor of the Promotion is SkandalBG Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Executor" and / or "the Organizer".
  • 3. The Promotion “Game with Victoria Kapitonova and SSG” is organized for advertising purposes, namely the popularization of SSG and Scandles.
  • Period and place of conducting the promotional campaign
  • 1. The Promotion “Game with Victoria Kapitonova and SSG ”, hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion", starts at 00:00 on 05.12.2022 and continues until 24:00 on 01.03.2023 or until stocks run out.
  • 2.The Promotion is conducted under the terms of these rules.
  • 3. The Promotion will be held in shops and commercial establishments located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  • Right to participate
  • 1.Every legally capable natural person residing on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to participate in this promotion. Persons working for SkandalBG and employees of the commercial establishments, as well as their direct relatives including: children, parents, siblings, spouses, CANNOT participate in this promotion.
  • Participating products
  • 1. Limited edition candle
  • Method of conducting the promotional campaign
  • 1. During the period of the Promotion, those wishing to participate must purchase a limited edition candle. Upon opening, lighting, and burning, the participant may find an indication that it contains one of 3 diamonds, distributed randomly. If the participant does not find an indication, distributed randomly, they do not win anything. If an indication is found in the candle, the prize can be claimed from the game organizer after presenting the diamond indication from the candle.
  • 2.To participate in the Promotion, participants must:
  • Purchase a product from the Scandles and Victoria Kapitonova Limited Edition candle series;
  • Open the purchased candle;
  • Light it;
  • While burning, indications will appear on the winning candles, showing that the candle is a winner.
  • Prizes
  • 1. The prizes in the Promotion are as follows:
  • 1.1. 3 "Diamond on a string" necklaces, marked with a specific sign on the winning candles.
  • Terms of validity
  • 1.To win, the participant in the Promotion must have fulfilled all the conditions listed here.
  • Legal texts
  • 1.The organizer of the promotion is not responsible and will not be involved in legal disputes related to any costs incurred by participants in connection with this Promotion.
  • 2.Any legal disputes that may arise between the Organizer and the participants in the promotional campaign will be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this proves impossible, both parties will have to refer to the institutions competent to resolve the dispute.
  • Termination of the promotional campaign
  • 1.This promotional campaign may be terminated before the expiration of the Promotion period if an event occurs as a result of which the Organizer cannot continue this campaign, as well as due to the depletion of promotional packages. Also, upon depletion of quantities.
